These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Dabdoob World venues, bookings, and website. By visiting any Dabdoob World branch or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
By booking a visit, birthday party, camp, or group session with Dabdoob World, you confirm that you accept and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and any venue-specific rules posted on-site.
Bookings made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp are subject to availability. Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm birthday packages and group bookings. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking.
All guests must follow posted safety rules and the instructions of our trained staff at all times. Dabdoob World reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who does not follow safety guidelines or behaves in a way that endangers others.
Play activities carry an inherent risk of injury. Guardians are responsible for supervising the children in their care and for reading and following all posted rules. Dabdoob World is not liable for injuries resulting from a failure to follow safety instructions.
